At Adventure Flare, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality hiking accessories and exceptional service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns Eligibility: We accept returns for items that meet the following criteria:
- The product is broken or damaged upon arrival.
- The product did not arrive within the expected delivery window.

Returns Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@adventureflare.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and details of the issue with the product.

Return Authorization: Once your return request is received and approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is deemed defective or not as described. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with any tags still attached. Items returned in a condition unsuitable for resale may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Processing: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exclusions:
- Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
